Use this page to give notice that you withdraw from an identified cosmetic purchase. You do not need to sign in or provide a reason.

Identify the purchase using a receipt or order reference. If you cannot find it, give the pack name, approximate purchase date and account handle so we can locate the contract.
Submitting records your statement and its receipt time. Any refund, payment-provider checks and changes to cosmetic access are handled separately. Your learning progress and free features are unaffected.
You can also withdraw by email
Email your statement, name and purchase identification to purchase support. You can use the email address you can access; it does not have to match an account you cannot sign in to.
