V-た + ばかり
just did (a short while ago)
〜たばかり says a completed action still feels recent in the situation; it does not set a fixed number of minutes or days. 〜たところ places the completion immediately before the present moment. For example, 食べたばかり can still fit an hour after a meal when it feels too soon to eat again, but 食べたところ describes having just finished.

I've only just joined this company.
さっき起きたばかりで、まだ眠いです。
さっき おきたばかりで、まだ ねむいです。
I only just woke up, so I'm still sleepy.
